Dafür ist das Land zwar nicht bekannt, aber bitte: für angenehme Überraschungen bin ich immer zu haben, und somit ist klar das SchweineRock-Mucke nicht nur aus skandinavischen Ländern kommen muss, wenn sie einem die Schuhe ausziehen soll. Der sehr edle Silberling von LOST PURITY ist mit 10 englischsprachigen Songs bestückt, die durchweg rocken und begeistern. Geniale Gitarrenarbeit mit treibenden Bass und Drums, dazu die verrauchte Stimme des Sängers mit gelegentlichen Gesangsparts von der Gitarristin Baby Borderline lassen für mich keinen Vergleich mit einer anderen Band zu. Zu eigen und ohne zu kopieren, klingt diese Combo irgendwie erfrischend im Dschungel der Rock`n Roll Welle, in der wir zu ertrinken scheinen. Obwohl ich zugeben muss, es wäre ein Tod, dem ich am ehesten zustimmen würde. Auf dem Cover rollt ein mächtiger Zug mit üblem Gewitter durch die Lande und auf seinem Rücken trägt er 4 Boten des Rock, die Löcher in jede Mauer reißen werden. Endstation dürfte nicht mal die Hölle sein, denn selbst für diesen Ort ist die Mucke hier zu heiß………mich hat's umgehauen." Oktober 2007 Gerade erst vor wenigen Wochen habe ich das erste Mal von Lost Purity Kenntnis genommen als sie in Uster im Rock City vor den Australiern von Koritni mächtig abgerockt haben und nun stehe ich hier im Gaswerk in Winterthur, wo die drei Kerls und das Mädel ihre CD-Taufe von "White Light-Dead End" feiern. Dass solch eine CD-Taufe mit einer grossen Party verbunden wird, versteht sich von selbst, dass eine gewisse Nervosität mit etwas Jack Daniels und Bier bekämpft werden muss ebenfalls und so sieht man die Musiker schon vor dem Auftritt gut gelaunt im Publikum umhertigern um mit Freunden und Fans zu diskutieren. Etwas mehr Leute hatte man zwar schon erwartet, aber gerade an diesem Samstag war doch einiges los im Schweizerländle, so dass man als Rockfan die Qual der Wahl hatte. Wer sich für Lost Purity's CD-Taufe entschied, wurde auf jeden Fall nicht enttäuscht. Da man hier auch nicht einen Egotrip durchführen wollte, haben Lost Purity noch zwei befreundete Bands eingeladen, welche die eh schon gute Stimmung noch weiter anheizen sollten. Den Anfang machten The Rattlebones und wie der Name schon erahnen lässt, haben wir es hier mit schönem, erdigen Rock'n'Roll mit Sleazeanleihen zu tun. Anfangs war der Sound zwar noch nicht so toll - vor allem der Gesang war kaum zu hören - aber dieses Manko wurde zum Glück schnell behoben. Ich nehme mal an, dass die Jungs von The Rattlebones noch sehr jung sind und noch nicht über wahnsinnig viel Bühnenerfahrung verfügen. Daher darf man auch ein Auge zudrücken, wenn sich der Sänger bei den Ansagen nicht gerade als Stimmungskanone entpuppt. Spieltechnisch gab es auf jeden Fall nichts zu bemängeln. Die Band zeigte Spielfreude, wagte sich mit "Rock around the Clock" von Bill Haley und "Rock and Roll all Nite" von Kiss an zwei Klassiker der Rockgeschichte und schnitt dabei wirklich gut ab. Aber auch die eigenen Songs kamen gut und sorgten für Stimmung im Publikum, ganz egal, ob man rifflastige Rocker oder eher glamorientierte Stücke spielte. Wenn nun der Sänger noch ein wenig mehr aus sich herauskommt liegt bei den Rattlebones noch einiges drin. Auf jeden Fall konnten die Jungs schon die Leute zu Zugaberufen verleiten, welchen sie natürlich gerne nachkamen. Eine junge Band mit viel Potential und dem richtigen Rock'n'Roll-Spirit. Die Franzosen von Black Rain kamen danach doch weitaus professioneller daher. Mit den Worten "We'll kick your Ass" eröffneten die Franzmänner - welche optisch eine Mischung aus Quireboys, Hardcore Superstar und Hanoi Rocks boten - ihren Gig und sie sollten recht behalten. Powervoller fucking kick Ass-Rock'n'Roll sage ich da nur auch wenn das Backdrop mit dem Totenschädel eher an eine Death Metal-Band denken liess. Auf jeden Fall machten Black Rain mächtig Druck, drangen mit einem Song wie "Kill ‚em All" gar in Powermetal-Regionen vor und sorgten mit Nummern wie "Innocent Rosie" oder dem Uptempo-Glamrocker "Rock your City" für mächtig Spass in den Backen. Irgendwann tummelten sich plötzlich noch zwei Mädels auf der Bühne, wobei ich - Bierkonsum sei Dank - nicht mal mehr sicher bin, ob die aus dem Publikum kamen oder sonstige Special-Guests waren. Egal, die Männer hatten sicher Freude daran, während sich die Frauen an den geschminkten Musikern satt sehen konnten. Auch Black Rain griffen nebst eigenem Material auf Covers zurück, kamen nebst "Hellion" von W.A.S.P. und der Zugabe "Anarchy in the U.K" witzigerweise ebenfalls mit der Kiss-Nummer "Rock and Roll all Nite" daher. Tolle Band, tolle Stimmung und ein Ansporn für den Headliner, welcher sich nun mächtig ins Zeug legen muss, um hier noch einen draufzusetzen. Tja und nun habe ich ein Problem. Da unser Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten vom Gaswerk entfernt war, die Party bisher wirklich grossartig war und ich dementsprechend ebenfalls tüchtig Freund Alkohol zugesprochen habe und zu faul war, noch weiter Notizen zu machen, muss ich nun in meinen Hirnwindungen und anhand der Fotos recherchieren, was bei Lost Purity noch so alles abging. Unprofessionellen Journalismus nennt man das dann wohl, aber was soll's. Man kann nicht immer seriös sein. Auf jeden Fall fuhren auch Lost Purity das volle Brett und wurden glücklicherweise nicht von der starken Vorband an die Wand gespielt. Wie bereits in Uster, bot sich auch hier das gleiche Bild. Baby Borderline als Blickfang für die Männer, Dusty Al Bandit als gitarrespielender Wirbelwind, Basser Nick Shooter der coole Ruhepol und Drummer Fredi Volvo in Bestlaune. Bei dem starken Kick Ass-Rock der SchweizerInnen ging auf jeden Fall mächtig die Post ab und Dusty war die Personifizierung des Begriffs "Schweisstreibend". Irgendwann tauchte plötzlich ein Typ mit einer mehrschwänzigen Peitsche auf und peitschte den Gitarristen wortwörtlich noch zu grösseren Höchstleistungen an. Klar, bei einer CD-Taufe soll schon etwas geboten werden. So verstärkte man sich zeitweise mit einem weiteren Gitarristen oder zwei Background-Sängerinnen, wovon eine im coolen Black Sabbath-Shirt erschien und sorgte mit eigenen Songs ebenso für Stimmung wie mit Coverversionen, hier "Psyched Out and furious" von den Hellacopters und dem Stones Klassiker "Jumpin' Jack Flash". Der geile Riff-Rocker "Kicks for Tits" sorgte schliesslich für den passenden Abschluss. Aber das konnte es natürlich noch nicht gewesen sein, denn der Höhepunkt sollte erst jetzt folgen. Zuerst gab's mit "Pornstar (The only One)" auf die Fresse bevor plötzlich ein Dudelsackspieler auftauchte. Und welches ist die wohl bekannteste Rock-Nummer mit Dudelsack? (Jeder der jetzt irgendwas von In Extremo faselt hat nichts begriffen ;o) Natürlich "It's a long Way to the Top (if you wanna Rock'n'Roll)" von AC/DC. So treffend dieser Songtitel für eine Newcomer-Band auch ist, Lost Purity haben diesen langen Weg auf jeden Fall erfolgreich angetreten und sorgen mit dieser Nummer nochmals für eine mächtige Party, die man natürlich nicht alleine feiert. Die Musiker der Vorbands, die Special-Guests, alle stehen plötzlich auf der Bühne und sorgen nochmals für ein rockiges, feuchtfröhliches Happening. Da fällt es auch nicht mehr ins Gewicht, dass Dusty irgendein Problem mit seiner Gitarre hat. So und nicht anders muss eine CD richtig getauft werden. Bericht und Fotos: Andreas Weber

Oktober 2007 Just a few weeks ago I have noticed Lost Purity for the first time when they supported the Australians Koritni in Uster at Rock City, rocking hard and now I'm standing here at Gaswerk in Winterthur, where the 3 guys and the chick celebrate the release of their album White Light - Dead End. Such a release has to be linked with a big party, so it's understandable that a certain excitement has to be fought with Jack Daniel's and beer. And so the musicians are in a good mood, chatting to friends and fans before the show. Some more people had been expected to show up but just that Saturday a lot was happening in Switzerland so the rock-fans were spoilt for choice. Whoever decided to go to Lost Purity's release party were not disappointed. Because nobody wanted this to be an egotrip, Lost Purity had invited two bands who they're friends with that would enhance the good atmosphere even more. The Rattlebones were up for a start and - as the name lets one guess - what we got was beautiful, down-to-earth rock'n'roll with sleaze-entities. At the beginning, the sound wasn't really great - especially the vocals were hardly audible - but this problem was fortunately solved quickly. I assume that the guys of The Rattlebones are still very young and don't have a lot of stage-experience. Therefore, it's ok to turn a blind eye when the singer is not really a joker when it comes to the announcements. Concerning their playing technique; there was nothing to find fault with. The band showed delight in playing, played "Rock Around The Clock" by Bill Haley and "Rock And Roll All Nite" by Kiss - two classics in rock history and they did really well. But also their own songs were good and put the crowd into the right spirit, no matter if they played riff-rockers or more glam-oriented songs. If the singer becomes a bit more out-going, The Rattlebones can hit it. By all means, the boys could animate the people and they had to play an encore, which they happily complied with. A young band with a lot of potential and the right rock'n'roll-spirit. The French band Blackrain came on a lot more professional. With the words "We'll kick your ass" the frenchmen - who looked like a mix between Quireboys, Hardcore Superstar and Hanoi Rocks - opened their show and they were damn right. Powerful fucking kick ass-rock'n'roll, what else can I say, even though the backdrop with the skull would rather remind one of a death metal band. By all means, Blackrain played with a lot of steam, even expanded into powermetal-regions and arranged for big fun in the cheeks (sic!) with songs like "Innocent Rosie" or the uptempo-glamrocker "Rock Your City". All of a sudden, two girls were on stage, I'm not even sure - thanks to beer consumption - if they came from the crowd or were special guests. Anyway, I'm sure the men liked it, while the women couldn't see enough of these musicians. Blackrain also resorted to covers and also came - together with "Hellion" by W.A.S.P. and the encore "Anarchy in the U.K." - funny enough up with the Kiss-song "Rock And Roll All Nite". Great band, great atmosphere and a real accelerating incentive for the headliner that had to hit it up to cap Blackrain's show. So, and now I have a problem. Because out hotel was only few minutes away from Gaswerk, the party was great so far and I had to do justice to the alcohol and was too lazy to take more notes, I have to research in my brain cells and by means of the photos, what happened when Lost Purity played. One would call it unprofessional journalism, but whatever. One can't always be reputable. By all means, Lost Purity also drove full-throttle and hadn't been played "balls to the wall" by the really strong support. Just like in Uster, the same picture was presented. Baby Borderline as eye-catcher for the men, Dusty Al Bandit as guitar-playing whirlwind, bassist Nick Shooter as the cool and calming influence and drummer Fredi Volvo in top mood. Things really took off with the great kick-ass-rock of these Swiss and Dusty was the personification of the term "sweaty". All of a sudden a guy came on stage, carrying a cat o' nine and whipped the guitarist to maximum output. Sure, you have to get much going on for a record release party. So the band fuelled up with another guitarist or two background singers, of which one came up with a cool Black Sabbath shirt and intensified the mood with their own songs and coverversions of The Hellacopters' "Psyched Out And Furious" and the Stones classic "Jumpin' Jack Flash". The awesome riff-rocker "Kicks For Tits" arranged for the right ending. But that just couldn't be it, because the climax was yet to reach. First, teeth were kicked in with "Pornstar (The Only One)" before a bagpipe-player appeared on stage. And which is the most famous rock song with bagpipes? (Anyone who babbles something about In Extremo didn't get the point ;o) Of course, "It's a long Way to the Top (if you wanna Rock'n'Roll)" by AC/DC. As accurate this title for a newcomer band might be, Lost Purity have successfully competed this long way and arranged for a big party, that wasn't celebrated alone. The musicians of the support bands, the special guests, everybody was on stage and partied like there was no tomorrow. With all this, it didn't matter that Dusty had some problem with his guitar. Oktober 2007 Als Support-Act von Koritni und bei der CD-Taufe zu "White Light-Dead End" konnten die SchweizerInnen von Lost Purity auf ganzer Linie überzeugen und nun war ich gespannt, ob sie die Live-Energie auch auf Tonträger brennen konnten. Zuerst sticht schon mal das tolle Cover ins Auge, welches sofort zum Kauf animiert und geradezu nach einer Veröffentlichung auf Vinyl schreit. Was aber schlussendlich zählt ist die Musik und um die Frage nach der Live-Energie auf CD zu beantworten: Nein, dieses Unterfangen ist nicht ganz gelungen, denn zum einen ist es eh fast nicht möglich, eine derartige Energie auf CD zu brennen, denn Lost Purity sind ganz klar eine Live-Band. Zum Anderen ist die Produktion etwas dumpf geraten, wobei man hier mit Sicherheit nicht auf ein Riesenbudget zurückgreifen konnte. Schlecht ist "White Light-Dead End" deswegen aber noch lange nicht. Im Gegenteil: Man hört, dass diese Band schon einige Tonträger veröffentlicht hat (welche allerdings alle vergriffen sind) und gut eingespielt ist. Der Opener "Hard on (your Knees)" startet dann auch gleich in bester Skandinavien-Kick-Ass-Manier in die gut 40 Minuten Rock'n'Roll, die da noch folgen sollen. Klar, Lost Purity erfinden das Rad nicht neu, aber das wollen sie auch gar nicht. Hier zählt Feeling, Rotzattitüde und der Spirit des Rock'n'Roll. Durch die verschiedenen SängerInnen (ausser dem Bassisten singt jeder irgendwo einmal) wird die ganze Chose recht abwechslungsreich, so dass bei einer Nummer wie "Blacksouled" durch die weiblichen Backingvocals sogar - wie es der Titel schon verrät - ein gewisses Soulfeeling entsteht, bevor der Song am Schluss durch die Gitarrenarbeit sogar eine Prise Rose Tattoo zulässt. Ganz stark. Ebenfalls erwähnenswert sind "Sixty long Hours", welches mit einem klassischen Rock'n'Roll-Groove eingeleitet wird, die beiden Riff-Rocker "Kicks for Tits" und "The only One", die geile Up-Tempo-Nummer "Shattered Dreams" sowie der flotte Rausschmeisser "No Clue". Da auch die restlichen Songs zu gefallen wissen, kann man jedem Anhänger von gradlinigem Rock "White Light-Dead End" ans Herz legen. Translation of the review by Evilized Webzine

Oktober 2007 As support of Koritni and at their record release party of "White Light - Dead End" the Swiss of Lost Purity could convince and now I was curious if they could burn their live-energy on CD. First of all, the great cover of the album is quite an eye-catcher, which animates to buy the CD and screams for a release on vinyl. But what really counts is the music and to answer the question about the live-energy on CD: No, this undertaking hasn't really succeeded, because on one hand it's nearly impossible to burn such a live energy on CD, for Lost Purity is clearly a live band. On the other hand the whole production is a bit dull, whereas it is clear that the budget for this recording wasn't gigantic. But "White Light-Dead End" isn't bad at all. On the contrary: It's audible that this band has released some music already (which are out of stock) and is very well rehearsed. The opener "Hard on (your Knees)" starts in best Scandinavian kick-ass manner into the 40 minutes of Rock'n'Roll which are about to follow. Of course, Lost Purity doesn't reinvent the wheel, but that's not what they want anyway. What counts is feeling, a snotty attitude and the spirit of rock'n'roll. Due to the different vocalists (except for the bass player, everybody sings) the whole thing is quite interesting, so in a song like "Blacksouled" with female backing vocals, a certain soulfeeling emerges just like the title reveals, before the song even allows a pinch of Rose Tattoo in the end due to guitar working. Really great. "Sixty long Hours", which begins with a classic rock'n'roll-groove, the two riff-rockers "Kicks for Tits" and "The only One", the awesome uptempo-song "Shattered Dreams" and the snappy "No Clue" are also worth mentioning. Neues aus Hard Rock Cityby Helmut Dworschak Hardrock findet zwar primär in der Halle statt, nicht im CD-Player. Aber es dauert noch etwas bis zur Abfahrt des nächsten Express-Zuges von Lost Purity (9.1.08, Albani). Bis dann kommt der Saft aus der Konserve. Die zehn Stücke auf dem zweiten, von Admiral James T. produzierten Studioalbum spülen aber ganz wohlig das Gehirn durch, besonders wenn die Gitarren mit sieben Pferden davonkutschieren. Erheben Baby Borderline und Dusty al Bandit dann gemeinsam mit Drummer und Leadsänger Fredi Volvo die Stimme (Bass: Nick Shooter), so rasselt und jault dieser Geländewagen so schräg und gefühlsecht durchs Panorama wie damals zu den glorreichen Zeiten, als das alles noch neu war («Blacksouled»). September 2007 Das Rock City ist ein kleiner, gemütlicher Club in einem Gewerbeareal in Uster (Nähe Zürich) und hat sich in den letzten drei Jahren zu einem etablierten Treffpunkt für Hard Rock- und Metalfans entwickelt, der von Club-Chef Hägar mit viel Herzblut betrieben wird. Unzählige bekanntere Bands wie auch haufenweise Acts, welche man nicht an jeder Strassenecke trifft, haben im Rock City schon die Wände zum beben gebracht. Namen gefälligst? Sabaton, Faster Pussycat, Bullet Boys, Suidakra, Morgana Lefay, Pungent Stench, Sacred Steel, Ruffians, House Of Lords, The Dogs D'Amour, Macabre, Drifter und so weiter und so fort. Auch heute bietet das Rock City ein echtes Schmankerl mit den Australiern von Koritni, welche vor wenigen Wochen ihr famoses Debut-Album veröffentlicht haben und vor allem in Frankreich deutlich angesagter sind als bei uns. Das wird sich hoffentlich bald ändern, denn mit ihrem erdigen Rock zwischen Jimmy Barnes und AC/DC sollten sich Koritni eigentlich bei allen Hard Rock-Fans in die Herzen spielen, zumal die Band nicht nur auf Tonträger sondern vor allem auch auf der Bühne absolut überzeugen kann. Leider haben sich nur wenig Interessierte heute eingefunden, was wohl einerseits daran liegt, dass heute Mittwoch ist und der brave Schweizer Bürger, welcher am nächsten Tag zur Arbeit muss vielleicht an einem Mittwoch nicht unbedingt ausgeht, andererseits werden viele die Band auch noch nicht kennen, was sich hoffentlich bald ändert. Bevor das Australische Rock-Kommando loslegt, darf mit Lost Purity eine Schweizer Band für Stimmung sorgen. Und die Truppe, bestehend aus Gitarrist Dusty Al Bandit, Drummer Fredy Volvo, Gitarristin Baby Borderline sowie Basser Nick Shooter (immer diese Pseudonyme) macht ihre Sache ausgesprochen gut. Ihr fragt euch, wieso ich hier keinen Sänger aufgeführt habe? Nun, den Gesang teilen sich Drummer Fredy (mehr) und die beiden GitarristInnen (etwas weniger), was schon alleine in dieser Beziehung für Abwechslung sorgt. Der Opener "60 long Hours" rockt auf jeden Fall schon prächtig ab und setzt den Massstab für den weiteren Verlauf der energiegeladenen Show. Dusty tobt über die Bühne wie ein Berserker und auch Madame Baby Borderline bangt was das Zeug hält, während Basser Nick eher der ruhende Pol der Band ist. Muss auch so sein, denn viel mehr Action lässt die kleine Bühne sowieso nicht zu. So rodelt sich das Quartett durch einen gelungenen, schweisstreibenden Gig und punktet mit klasse Songs wie dem Rock'n'Roller "Hard on (your Knees)", dem aufgrund von Babys Gesang ein wenig an die Donnas erinnernden "Tattoo Cowboy", dem etwas punkigen "Blind Man", dem einfach nur geilen "Kicks" oder dem Hard Rocker "Pornostar", bei welchem Dusty nochmals alles gibt und so Erinnerungen an Michael J. Fox, als dieser im Blockbuster "Back To The Future" ein irres Gitarrensolo aufs Parket legt, weckt. So ist es auch kein Wunder, dass trotz nur weniger Anwesenden eine tolle Stimmung vor der Bühne herrscht und man die Band noch für eine Zugabe zurückholt, was bei einem Support Act ja eher selten ist. September 2007 Rock City is a small, cozy club in the industrial area of Uster (close to Zurich) and has developed into an established meeting point, which is run by Hägar with a lot of heart and soul, for hard rock- and metal fans during the last three years. Numerous famous bands as well as acts that can't be met in every corner have shaken the walls in Rock City. You want names? Sabaton, Faster Pussycat, Bullet Boys, Suidakra, Morgana Lefay, Pungent Stench, Sacred Steel, Ruffians, House Of Lords, The Dogs D'Amour, Macabre, Drifter and so on. Tonight, Rock City offers a true treat with the Australians of Koritni, who have released their great debut-album just a few weeks ago and are quite hyped up in France, but not yet around here. Hopefully, this is about to change, because with their earthly rock between Jimmy Barnes and AC/DC, Koritni should be playing in every hard rock-fan's heart, especially since this band absolutely convinces not only on CD but also on stage. Unfortunately, very few people have found their way to the club tonight. This might be because today is Wednesday and the obedient Swiss, who maybe has to go to work the next day, rather stays at home on a Wednesday. On the other hand, I'm sure that not many people have heard about this band, which is hopefully about to change. Before the Australian rock command can start, Lost Purity, a Swiss band can heat up the vibe. And the troup, consisting of guitarist Dusty Al Bandit, drummer Fredi Volvo, guitarist Baby Borderline and bassist Nick Shooter (always these pseudonyms!) do their thing remarkably well. You're asking yourselves why I haven't listed any singer? Well, the vocals are shared by drummer Fredi (more) and the two guitarists (a bit less), which brings some variations, already in this respect. The opener "60 long Hours" rocks by all means and sets the benchmark for the further run of the energetic show. Dusty, the berserker, is on a rampage all over the stage and also Madame Baby Borderline is banging her head off, while bassist Nick is a rather calming influence. This has to be like that, because the small stage wouldn't allow any more action anyway. So the quartet coasts through a successful, sweaty gig and gets their marks with great songs like the rock'n'roller "Hard on (your Knees)", "Tattooed Cowboy", which would remind one a bit of The Donnas due to Baby Borderline's vocals, the punky "Blind Man", the just awesome "Kicks" or the hard rocker "Pornostar", where Dusty gives it his all and reminds one of Michael J. Fox in "Back To The Future" where he cut up a mean floor, doing a crazy guitar solo. So it's no wonder that despite few attendees, the atmosphere is great and the band is called back for an encore, which is quite rare with a support act. A great version of the Stones classic "Jumpin' Jack Flash" brings some more action in front of and on the stage. The debut album of Lost Purity is released October 13th, 2007 and whoever likes honest, sweaty rock'n'roll should definitely keep an eye on that band. Explosiv ist das Gemisch aus brettharten Gitarrenriffs und melodiösen Gesangspassagen in der Tat. Lost Purity bringen den Rock wieder dahin, wo er hingehört: in den Dunst schweissnasser Körper und in den Geruch von abgestandenem Bier. Den Seitenscheitel-Rockern der neueren Tage prosten Lost Purity zwar zu. Das jedoch nur, um ihnen die nächste Gitarrensalve um die Ohren zu feuern. Dem Publikum gefällt es. Zufriedene Gesichter und rhythmisches Kopfnicken bis in die hinteren Zuschauerränge. Mehr liegt nicht drin, will man das Bier in der Hand nicht verschütten. Bereits auf das Jahr 1998 datiert sich die Gründung der Band in der Zürcher Gemeinde Teufen. "Wegen Lärmbelästigung wurde die Band vom erbosten Mob mit Mistgabeln nach Winterthur gejagt", erzählt der singende Schlagzeuger Fredi Volvo. Dieser trat auch auf der "Steibi"-Bühne traditionell oben ohne auf und brüllte sein Lebens-Credo ins Mikrofon: "Rock'n'Roll, you are the only one." Allerdings dürfte Volvo das Singen öfter dem weiblichen Viertel von Lost Purity überlassen. Denn Baby Borderlines Stimme verleiht diesem Rock-Feuerwerk die nötige Prise Sex. Am 13. Oktober feiert die Band die Taufe ihres neuen Albums "White Light - Dead End". Beides haben Lost Purity noch lange nicht erreicht.

Lost Purity do raise their glasses to the so-called side parting-rockers, but only to fire the next guitar fusillade right in their face. The crowd likes it. Happy faces and rhythmic nodding way back to the last rows of the festival. No dice, if you don't want to spill the beer in your hand. The band was already formed in 1998 in the Zurich municipality Teufen. "Due to noise- exposure the band was routed to Winterthur with pitchforks by the angry mob", the singing drummer Fredi Volvo says. He traditionally performed semi-nude and shouted his creed into the microphone: "Rock'n'roll, you are the only one." However, Volvo might back down on singing and leave it to the female quarter of Lost Purity more often. For Baby Borderline's voice lends this rock-firework the required pinch of sex. On October 13 the band will celebrate the release of their album "White Light - Dead End". Lost Purity hasn't reached both and won't for a long time.
